AudioRoo is a simple audio converter for macOS: drop files or folders into the kangaroo's pouch, hit convert, and watch the roo hop across the progress bar. I built it because I wanted my OGG sound effects in one folder, my WAVs in another, at my quality settings without going full DAW. Most simple converters are defaults-only. Despite the kangaroo distractions, it's a serious tool: Apple Silicon native, an up-to-date ARM build of FFmpeg, fully local. One queue for files or whole libraries, smart folder handling. 16 export formats; reads anything FFmpeg can. MP3 is free forever; one-time unlock for the rest. For podcasters, game developers, musicians, and anyone who wants to drag, drop, and convert audio files or folders without uploading anything or booting up a full editor. You're testing v2, a complete redesign. I'm a designer first: tell me what's confusing, what's broken, or how it handles (or doesn't) your workflow.
