👨‍💻 Developer Description

Your headphones count your reps and say each number in your ear. The phone sits off to the side. You do the set, and the number is not yours to hold. The motion sensor in AirPods picks up the tilt of your head on every rep. The app counts from that and speaks the count back. No screen to check, no tally in your head, no timer to guess by. Fix the count by voice mid-set: start, stop, plus 2, minus 1. Speech is recognized on the device. A set closes on a tap, or on its own when you go still. Programs built in: - 100 push-ups - 200 sit-ups - 200 squats - 20 pull-ups Knee push-ups and pull-ups for women run the same way. The plank goes by time held. Six weeks, three workouts a week, a rest day in between. You start with one set to your max, and it picks which of the day's three columns you follow. Five sets a workout, rising to eight or nine near the end. The last set always goes to your max, no upper number. You max out again after weeks two, four and six.
