Airlock is an iPhone app blocker where guided breathing earns Airtime. You choose when to use it and how long to unlock the apps and websites you've blocked. Blocking returns when that time ends. All features are free, with no subscription. Requires an iPhone running iOS 26 or later and Screen Time permission for blocking.
