Nash Training
Nash Training combines strength, cardio, and functional training in one private iPhone app. It includes three starter workouts free forever, guided progression, timers, history, optional gym prompts, post-workout mobility suggestions, a seven-day all-access trial, and one-time lifetime purchases instead of subscriptions. I am looking for feedback from people who complete one starter workout: what was confusing, did the workout flow feel natural, and was the mobility handoff useful?
