Mietradar: Mieterhöhung
Mietradar helps private landlords in Germany work out when and by how much they may raise the rent: lock-up period, cap limit (§ 558 BGB), index and graduated rent. It shows the full calculation with the paragraph behind every step. Works on iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch. I built it because my mother-in-law, who rents out a flat, was unsure when she could raise the rent and by how much. It is my own app and currently in beta. I would like feedback on installation, usability, layout, and whether the calculation is clear. German-language app; a calculation aid, not legal advice.
